Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Lead key customer relationships and act as the main escalation point
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Drive operational excellence and ensure delivery against service KPIs
  • Lead commercial initiatives to improve margins and overall account performance
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class supply chain solutions
  • Mentor and guide team members while fostering a high-performance culture
  • Develop and deliver business plans to improve short-term and long-term EBIT and working capital.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Business Leader should have:

  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience managing key accounts within aviation and oil & gas sector
  • Strong commercial acumen with understanding of profitability drivers
  • Experience leading teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to drive strategic initiatives while managing day-to-day operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Familiar with financial concepts like EBIT and working capital
