Job Description

  • Manage and grow strategic data centre accounts across the region
  • Build senior relationships across engineering, procurement and C-suite
  • Engage customers early in design and planning phases
  • Develop multi-country account strategies and growth plans
  • Partner internal teams to deliver tailored cooling solutions
  • Lead complex, high-value commercial negotiations and contracts
  • Drive pipeline visibility, forecasting, and account performance

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Account Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline
  • 8+ years of enterprise or strategic sales experience within datacentre infrastructure
  • Strong exposure to cooling, power, or EPC solutions for mission‑critical facilities
  • Proven experience managing regional or multi‑country customer accounts
  • Solid understanding of datacentre cooling technologies and sustainability metrics
  • Demonstrated success negotiating large‑scale capital equipment contracts and long‑term agreements
