Job Description

  • Manage the complete order lifecycle, including order processing, validation, shipment coordination, invoicing, and delivery tracking.
  • Liaise closely with internal stakeholders such as procurement, production, logistics, and project teams to ensure timely fulfilment and resolution of operational issues.
  • Monitor order progress, maintain accurate system records, coordinate order amendments, and support reporting requirements.
  • Work with suppliers and external partners to expedite deliveries, address invoicing discrepancies, and ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
  • Support project invoicing activities by coordinating billing milestones, issuing invoices, tracking payment status, and assisting with collection efforts.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project & Order Management professional should have:

  • Diploma qualification or degree, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
  • Experience using ERP systems such as SAP will be advantageous.
