Job Description

  • End‑to‑End Launch Ownership: Manage full project lifecycle-from architecture planning to regional rollout.
  • Cross‑Department Leadership: Align IT, Compliance, Operations, Marketing, and executive stakeholders.
  • Roadmap & Timeline Management: Define critical paths, manage dependencies, and balance speed with quality.
  • Regulatory & Market Adaptation: Tailor launch strategy to Asian markets (SG, HK, TW, IND, KR) and their fintech regulations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate with leadership while resolving technical and operational blockers on the ground.

The Successful Applicant

  • Innovation‑driven, with a mindset to optimize processes and accelerate digital delivery.
  • Strong fintech knowledge (KYC, payments, trading workflows).
  • Expert in Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid frameworks and tools like Jira/Trello.
  • Experience leading at least one major digital product launch in fintech or regulated financial services.
  • At least 3 years of project management experience working with cross‑functional teams.
