Job Description

  • Leading and developing a team of Process Engineers to achieve operational and business objectives
  • Driving process stability, yield improvement, quality enhancement, and cost optimisation initiatives
  • Providing technical leadership across sustaining engineering activities
  • Supporting products throughout their full manufacturing lifecycle, from NPI to sustaining production
  • Leading root cause investigations and implementing robust corrective and preventive actions
  • Driving continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and operational excellence initiatives
  • Collaborating closely with Quality, Procurement, Production, Equipment Engineering, Supply Chain, and Product Development teams
  • Supporting automation, technology upgrades, and manufacturing transformation projects
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintaining a strong presence on the production floor and serving as the technical authority for manufacturing processes

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Systems Engineering, or related disciplines
  • At least 6 years of manufacturing engineering experience within a high-mix, low-volume environment
  • Strong experience supporting products from NPI through sustaining production
  • Experience with electromechanical, electronics, or box-build manufacturing environments
  • Proven experience leading or supervising engineers
  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities
  • Exposure to Lean, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, SPC, or similar methodologies
