Job Description

  • Define and execute product roadmap aligned with business objectives
  • Manage full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and enhancement
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams
  • Translate customer and market insights into product features
  • Drive product performance analysis and optimisation initiatives
  • Support integration with financial systems, partners, and platforms

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of product management experience in fintech or financial services
  • Proven experience delivering digital or technology-driven products
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a user-focused mindset
  • Exposure to trading platforms, financial systems, or integrations is advantageous
