Job Description

  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for ads and monetisation platforms
  • Lead development of sponsored listings, search-based ads, and performance formats
  • Build advertiser-facing capabilities including campaign setup, targeting, and reporting
  • Design and evolve auction, ranking, and relevance frameworks for ad delivery
  • Partner with commercial, engineering, and data teams to launch scalable ad solutions
  • Translate revenue and business objectives into clear product requirements and metrics
  • Drive experimentation and optimisation using performance data and analytics

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of product management experience in advertising, adtech, or monetisation platforms
  • Proven track record building or scaling performance advertising or sponsored ad products
  • Strong understanding of ad auctions, targeting, attribution, and measurement frameworks
  • Experience working with first-party data in large consumer or commerce platforms
  • Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
  • Strong product judgement balancing commercial outcomes and customer experience
