Job Description

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product specifications and user stories.
  • Facilitate workshops to identify and resolve business challenges.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Support testing and quality assurance activities to validate solutions meet business needs.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders and management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Business Analyst should have:

  • University graduate in Business, Finance, IT or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Proven experience in business analysis and testing role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including user stories and process flows.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial services sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
