Job Description

  • Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for SaaS solutions
  • Identify, engage, and convert new institutional and partner clients
  • Manage and grow a healthy, high‑value sales pipeline
  • Lead client meetings, solution presentations, and commercial discussions
  • Negotiate contracts and close complex, consultative deals
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and customers
  • Track market trends and competitive developments
  • Collaborate with marketing on branding and market positioning
  • Contribute to strategic business development initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • 4-6+ years' experience in business development or sales
  • Proven exposure to SaaS and/or FinTech environments
  • Experience selling complex or technical solutions to B2B clients
  • Strong commercial acumen with a structured sales approach
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision‑makers
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
