Job Description

Work with all types of partners to build offerings and solutions for use cases specific to markets in Asia and the Pacific within targeted domains and industries, addressing both current and emerging market needs.

Set strategic business plans with a selected portfolio of partners for target markets, ensuring alignment with overall strategy while driving revenue growth through these partners.

Act as a digital and cloud solutions expert within the sales team to enable the partner ecosystem to build offerings and execute effective GTM strategies.

Engage partner customer‑facing leaders and end‑customer decision‑makers to create and drive revenue opportunities.

Develop and execute promotions, funding programmes and partner incentives, working closely with headquarters and cross‑functional virtual teams.

Lead and motivate partner‑facing teams in a sales‑ and target‑driven environment to meet and exceed revenue targets.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience in sales, business development and/or partner management

Consistent track record of exceeding quota and key performance metrics

Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C‑level executives

Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross‑functional audiences

Hunter mindset with a strong drive for new business, partner onboarding and revenue expansion

Proven ability to develop and drive partner engagement while nurturing existing accounts

Capable of managing multiple opportunities concurrently in a fast‑paced environment

Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work effectively across internal and external teams

Team‑oriented leader who motivates and collaborates well with cross‑functional stakeholders
