Job Description

  • Lead Finance Shared Services Accounts Receivable operations to ensure efficient service delivery and operational excellence.
  • Oversee customer master data governance, billing, collections, cash application, dispute management, and month-end activities.
  • Establish and govern end-to-end Order-to-Cash process standards, policies, and best practices.
  • Drive process harmonization and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple business units.
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize process performance and strengthen governance.
  • Champion finance transformation projects including ERP modernization, automation, and digital solutions.
  • Develop and monitor operational KPIs while ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Professional accounting qualification or postgraduate business qualification will be advantageous.
  • 10+ years of experience in Finance Shared Services, Global Business Services, Business Process Management, or Order-to-Cash functions.
  • Proven track record managing Accounts Receivable operations and high-performing teams.
  • Strong expertise across the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process cycle.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or comparable ERP platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience leading finance transformation, ERP implementation, process optimization, or operational excellence initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, leadership, analytical, and change management capabilities.
  • Exposure to automation technologies, AI solutions, and process improvement frameworks will be an advantage.
