Job Description

  • Drive stabilisation and continuous improvement across end-to-end O2C processes
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and control weaknesses, implementing corrective actions
  • Lead execution of transformation initiatives including automation and system enhancements
  • Strengthen financial controls across billing, receivables, credit management, and cash application
  • Partner with shared services and business teams to improve process discipline and service delivery
  • Define and track key KPIs (e.g. DSO, cash application rates, billing accuracy) and drive performance improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to embed scalable and standardised processes

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • 10+ years of experience in O2C, Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, or Finance Operations
  • Strong end-to-end O2C expertise including billing, collections, and cash application
  • Proven experience driving process improvement, stabilisation, or transformation initiatives
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP FI/SD)
  • Solid understanding of financial controls, reconciliations, and audit requirements
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across cross-functional teams
  • Analytical, structured thinker with a track record of delivering sustainable solutions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
