The Singapore office plays a strategic role in driving regional growth, working closely with sales, technical and regional marketing teams to strengthen market penetration and brand leadership.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute product and channel marketing strategies for Singapore and Taiwan
  • Lead end-to-end product launches, including go-to-market planning and execution
  • Drive demand generation campaigns with distributors and channel partners
  • Manage product certifications and compliance requirements for local markets
  • Partner with sales teams on pipeline development, pricing reviews and GTM initiatives
  • Oversee marketing budget planning and performance tracking via CRM dashboards
  • Engage customers alongside sales to strengthen relationships and market insight

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related discipline
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, channel marketing or B2B marketing
  • Track record within electrical, automation, industrial or engineering-led industries
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, pricing and channel sales models
  • Experience working closely with sales teams on revenue-driven initiatives
  • Comfortable operating in dynamic, matrixed and fast-paced environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
