This role is responsible for conducting market conduct investigations, compliance reviews, and regulatory responses within a life insurance and financial services environment. The position plays a key role in upholding distribution compliance standards and supporting regulatory engagement in Singapore.

Job Description

  • Support the Market Conduct Investigations team with reference checks and information reviews
  • Maintain and update investigation registers, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with migration of legacy investigation records into new templates and trackers
  • Prepare regulator‑aligned investigation reports using approved templates and source material
  • Manage document retrieval, scanning, indexing, and filing in line with records management standards
  • Provide administrative and communication support to internal stakeholders
  • Handle sensitive information in accordance with confidentiality, data privacy, and governance requirements



The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma in Compliance or a related field, or a degree in Business, Finance or equivalent
  • Relevant experience in compliance, investigations or regulatory roles, preferably within financial services, insurance or law enforcement
  • 2+ years of experience in compliance support (within financial institutions), investigation support, or document/report administration
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with structured templates and registers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion and sound judgement
  • Familiarity with Market Conduct Investigations and/or regulatory reporting expectations (e.g. MAS templates) is highly advantageous
