As part of its next phase of growth, the firm is investing significantly in Singapore as its ASEAN hub, with a clear mandate to expand regional product offerings, client coverage and assets under management across South and Southeast Asia.

Job Description

  • Act as a senior contributor to ASEAN investment strategy and regional investment discussions
  • Originate and develop ASEAN‑focused investment ideas, strategies and portfolio solutions
  • Partner closely with investment teams to translate insights into market‑ready products
  • Lead business development initiatives with institutional investors, corporates, family offices and intermediaries
  • Serve as a trusted product specialist, clearly articulating investment capabilities and differentiation
  • Support fundraising efforts by engaging clients, consultants and distribution partners
  • Play a visible role in building the firm's ASEAN presence, credibility and long‑term growth platform

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a business or finance‑related discipline
  • 10+ years of experience in ASEAN asset management in a senior investment, product or client portfolio role
  • Strong grounding in investment concepts with the ability to translate them for clients
  • Proven track record of developing client relationships and growing assets
  • Demonstrated experience working closely with investment teams and committees
  • Commercial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast‑growing regional environment
