Job Description

  • Conduct industry and market research to identify attractive opportunities
  • Build financial models and perform valuation analysis (incl. IRR)
  • Support transaction execution, including due diligence and documentation
  • Prepare investment papers and internal presentations
  • Monitor portfolio company performance and track key metrics
  • Assist in value creation initiatives across portfolio investments
  • Develop relationships to support deal sourcing and market insights



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or corporate finance
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skillset
  • Experience preparing high-quality investment materials and presentations
  • High level of ownership, attention to detail, and execution capability
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
