Job Description

Reporting to a senior international business leader, you will play a critical role in aligning people strategy with commercial priorities across a diverse global footprint.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner with senior leaders on organisational strategy, capability building and workforce planning.
  • Lead organisation design, succession planning and talent management initiatives.
  • Drive transformation programmes that enhance business performance and organisational effectiveness.
  • Support international expansion through market entry planning and talent strategies.
  • Develop leadership capability and strengthen high-potential talent pipelines.
  • Champion a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement and growth.
  • Influence and advise executive stakeholders on critical people and organisational decisions.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within regional or global organisations.
  • Proven experience partnering senior business leaders in strategic and commercial environments.
  • Strong track record in organisational transformation, business growth or scaling initiatives.
  • Demonstrated expertise in organisation design, workforce planning and succession management.
  • Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams across multiple markets.
  • Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders while building strong relationships.
  • Background in consumer goods, manufacturing, commercial, operations, supply chain or other customer-facing industries will be advantageous.
  • Experience within entrepreneurial, fast-growing or transformation-led environments is highly regarded
