Job Description

  • Act as the primary HR Business Partner for employees and leaders across Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan
  • Provide strategic HR advisory support to senior business leaders and investment professionals
  • Lead performance management, talent reviews, succession planning and employee engagement initiatives
  • Support workforce planning and organisational effectiveness across the regional platform
  • Manage employee relations matters and provide commercially focused guidance on complex people issues
  • Partner with global HR teams to deliver compensation, promotion and talent management processes
  • Drive continuous improvement projects while overseeing key employee lifecycle activities across the region

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate would have the following:

  • 3+ years of experience in a dedicated HR Business Partner role supporting multiple APAC markets
  • 7+ years of relevant HR experiences
  • Strong expertise across the full employee lifecycle, including performance management, employee relations, compensation and talent processes
  • Proven ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders within a complex business environment
  • Experience partnering with commercially driven teams in fast-paced organisations
  • Strong understanding of employment regulations and HR best practices across APAC markets
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic business partnering with hands-on operational execution
  • Experience supporting regional HR projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Exposure to financial services, investment management or other highly regulated industries would be advantageous
