Our client is a renowned European MNC within the trading and distribution of specialty chemical. With a strong presence in Singapore, they are currently seeking a HR Manager to drive the HR digitalisation and continuous improvement to support its diverse workforce and foster a structured yet inclusive work environment.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement regional HR policies and procedures in alignment with organisational goals.
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations in Singapore.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs.
  • Lead performance management initiatives, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
  • Support organisational change initiatives and promote employee engagement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related majors.
  • At least 8 years of HR full spectrum experience preferably within a MNC B2B environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in Singapore.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools to streamline processes.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
