Job Description

  • Partner business leaders and managers on employee relations, organisational design and workforce planning initiatives
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, internal mobility and offboarding processes
  • Advise stakeholders on HR policies, employee matters and people-related business decisions
  • Support compensation and benefits activities including salary benchmarking, market intelligence and remuneration processes
  • Coordinate learning and development programmes to support employee growth and compliance requirements
  • Prepare and analyse HR reports, metrics and workforce data to support decision-making
  • Participate in local and regional HR projects focused on process improvement, operational excellence and employee experience

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree qualified in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
  • 8+ years of HR Business Partnering or broad-based Generalist HR experience
  • Proven experience supporting senior stakeholders within a complex corporate environment
  • Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management, employment practices and HR operations
  • Experience managing recruitment and talent acquisition activities
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and provide practical recommendations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Hands-on, proactive and collaborative approach with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in financial services, professional services or other regulated industries would be advantageous
