Job Description

  • Partner business leaders on workforce planning and organisational design
  • Provide HR advisory on performance, talent, and succession strategies
  • Oversee full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Drive employee engagement and foster an inclusive work environment
  • Manage employee relations matters with a balanced, solutions-driven approach
  • Ensure compliance with local labour regulations and internal governance
  • Support compensation cycles and regional HR initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related majors
  • At least 7+ years of proven experience in HR business partnering within a MNC environment
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across different functions
  • Experience handling employee relations issues with sound judgement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions
  • Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment
