Job Description

The role reports to the Managing Director of Singapore

  • Developing & designing HR strategies on workforce planning, talent strategy, and organisation design
  • Partner senior leaders to ensure their business goals are met, and to support the fast-paced growth they are going through
  • Support the senior leadership team to transition through leadership and cultural changes
  • Lead the full spectrum of HR operations for the Singapore business
  • Drive performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development initiatives
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR governance frameworks
  • Manage employee relations matters with sound judgement and compliance focus
  • Implement HR policies, processes, and systems to support business growth

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience in a commercial environment
  • Strong grounding across HR operations, employee relations, and people strategy
  • Proven experience partnering senior stakeholders and business leaders
  • Solid understanding of HR governance, policies, and best practices
  • Experience supporting operationally intensive or multi-functional teams
