Job Description

  • Own enterprise‑level layout strategy across complex manufacturing facilities
  • Optimise equipment placement to improve space utilisation and production flow
  • Support new site development, expansions, and major retrofit programmes
  • Align layout decisions with process flow, automation, and capacity planning
  • Reduce internal transport complexity and operational bottlenecks
  • Establish layout standards, governance, and best practices across sites
  • Act as senior advisor to engineering and operations leadership

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or related discipline
  • 10+ years' experience in layout, facility planning, or manufacturing engineering
  • Proven exposure to large, complex, high‑throughput production environments
  • Strong capability in translating process requirements into physical layouts
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions or sites
  • Track record of supporting large‑scale capital or infrastructure programmes
