Job Description

  • Report directly to the Group General Counsel and manage a small team.
  • Deliver strategic legal guidance to core corporate functions, enabling smooth operations and forward-thinking solutions.
  • Lead negotiations and reviews of procurement and IT contracts, focusing on high-value and complex deals.
  • Partner with senior management to shape contracts, manage legal risk, and uphold compliance standards.
  • Spearhead projects to elevate legal processes and ensure the organization stays ahead of regulatory trends.

The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified to practice law in Singapore or a relevant jurisdiction.
  • Minimum 20 years post qualification experience.
  • Extensive experience in corporate, commercial, or strategic legal roles; familiarity with large, matrix environments is highly regarded.
  • Proven expertise in negotiating and drafting procurement and IT contracts.
  • Inspirational leadership and communication skills, with a passion for empowering teams.
  • No industry sector restrictions.
