Backed by a diverse institutional investor base spanning multiple regions, the firm operates with a global outlook while maintaining a nimble and entrepreneurial culture.The organisation offers exposure to international investors, cross-border transactions, and a collaborative working environment where individuals can develop a well-rounded skillset in private equity operations.Job DescriptionFund Operations and Finance Support* Assist with fund operations, audit processes and service-provider management* Support treasury and cash management activities, including payment and processing support* Assist with capital calls, NAV reporting, capital account statements and other fund admin mattersCompliance and Corporate Administration* Support investor onboarding, KYC, AML/CFT and other compliance processes* Assist with corporate secretarial, governance and regulatory administration matters* Coordinate statutory filings and related corporate administration requirementsInvestor Operations* Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences and other firm-related activities* Support AGM preparation, investor logistics, reporting calendars and administrative follow-ups* Maintain records, trackers, document control, filing and general office administrationThe Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Business, Finance or relevant disciplinesAt least 3 years of relevant experience in fund operations, finance, or professional servicesStrong organisational skills with attention to detail and accountabilityConfident working with stakeholders across seniority levelsProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Prior exposure to fund administration, service providers or Audit is advantageousWhat's on OfferThis role offers excellent exposure to private equity fund operations within a dynamic and growing investment platform.
