Reporting directly to the Finance Director and CFO, this is a strategic and hands-on role with broad exposure across financial reporting, treasury, budgeting, compliance, and finance transformation initiatives within a sophisticated investment platform.Job DescriptionPrepare, review, and analyse consolidated and statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRSLead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting exercises, and monthly management reportingDeliver insightful financial analysis, variance commentary, and strategic recommendations to senior managementManage treasury operations including cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and intercompany funding arrangements across group entities and portfolio companiesServe as the key liaison for external and internal audits, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of all audit requirementsOversee tax compliance matters including corporate income tax, withholding tax, and indirect taxes in coordination with external advisors and regulatory authoritiesSupport investment-related activities including financial due diligence, valuation analysis, and post-investment portfolio monitoringDrive continuous improvement across finance processes, controls, reporting infrastructure, and automation initiativesPartner with the CFO and Finance Director on board reporting, strategic initiatives, and ad hoc analysesThe Successful ApplicantAt least 5 years of relevant experience, including experience within a Big 4 accounting firmQualified or near-qualified CPA, ACCA, HKICPA, or equivalent professional accounting designationStrong technical grounding in financial reporting, IFRS, and core tax principlesExperience working within or alongside a group holding company structurePrior exposure to private equity, venture capital, family offices, or multi-asset investment platforms is advantageousProven ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProactive, self-motivated, and open-minded, with a genuine interest in improving processes and challenging conventional approachesWhat's on OfferThis is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly respected global investment platform with a strong track record across private equity and venture capital investments.
