Job Description

Reporting to the CFO, you will:

  • Oversee and manage the company's financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies to support business objectives
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts, offering insights to guide decision-making processes
  • Monitor financial performance and analyse variances to improve profitability
  • Manage cash flow and ensure efficient allocation of resources
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental goals
  • Support ERP migration and system improvements project

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 6 years of work experience, including 2 years experience in a leadership role
  • Prior exposure to manufacturing or engineering industries is highly advantageous
  • Proven track record in financial reporting, consolidation, and process improvement
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP and strong hands on Excel capability
  • Excellent leadership abilities and communication skills to liaise with senior stakeholders
