Job Description

  • Lead and oversee finance operations across Southeast Asia, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, and compliance
  • Act as a finance business partner to country and regional leaders-translating financial data into strategic insights that support growth and operational decisions
  • Collaborate closely with local country teams, regional stakeholders, and global HQ
  • Handle cross-border taxation, FX, and regulatory requirements across SEA markets
  • Manage statutory audits and local filings, especially for Singapore and neighboring entities
  • Drive process improvement, cost efficiency, and data-driven decision making in a scaling region



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/ACCA certification ideally
  • At least 8 years of finance experience in a chemical manufacturing or industrial production environment
  • Proven experience in finance business partnering and stakeholder management
  • Strong grasp of ASEAN statutory, tax, and financial regulations
  • Experience in a MNC or regional HQ set-up is a plus
  • Proficient in SAP and Excel (e.g., SAP)
