Our client is a leading telecommunications and digital services provider in Singapore, recognised for innovation and enterprise solutions. As part of its continued growth, the business is looking for a Finance Manager to support enterprise teams with strategic financial insights, business partnering, and performance management.

Job Description

  • Partner business leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations
  • Support bids, tenders, and business cases with financial modelling and analysis
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned business areas
  • Deliver variance analysis (actual vs budget/forecast) with actionable insights
  • Monitor project financials including cost tracking, revenue recognition, and compliance
  • Support month-end closing and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards (IFRS 15)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting and operational teams
  • Coach and guide junior finance team members where required

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent; CPA or professional certification preferred
  • Minimum 6 years of experience, with strong exposure to FP&A
  • Experience in business partnering within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong financial modelling, analytical, and Excel skills
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Workday
  • Ability to translate data into clear business insights
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
