The Finance Executive will support the Accounting & Finance department by managing financial processes and ensuring accurate reporting. This temporary role in the Media & Agency industry is based in Singapore and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to financial operations.

Job Description

  • Prepare and manage financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
  • Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and monitor financial transactions.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for auditing purposes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of financial data.
  • Review and process invoices, payments, and expense claims.
  • Contribute to the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the department.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in financial operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Executive should have:

  • A background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting standards and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
