Job Description

  • Provide leadership and oversight to overseas finance teams covering reporting, budgeting, treasury, and audit matters
  • Partner with internal audit to design, enhance, and maintain robust financial control frameworks
  • Lead financial due diligence and advisory work for cross‑border mergers and acquisitions
  • Collaborate with operational leaders on post‑acquisition integration and performance optimisation
  • Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic and cross‑functional decision‑making
  • Build structured training and development programmes to strengthen finance capabilities globally

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline with a CPA qualification
  • At least years of progressive financial management experience within medium to large high‑tech organisations
  • Proven exposure to overseas finance team leadership and cross‑border financial operations
  • Strong background in areas such as cost management, tax structuring, financial planning, and capital operations
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial insights into commercial business impact
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with a structured, analytical mindset
