Job Description

  • Provide first-line support for end-user technology issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain and update hardware, software, and network systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist with the installation and configuration of new technology equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other technology teams to provide seamless support across departments.
  • Document and update technical procedures and troubleshooting guides.
  • Monitor system performance and escalate issues as required.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on technology systems and tools.

The Successful Applicant

A successful EUS Engineer should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in technology or a related field.
  • Experience in end-user support within the financial services industry.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in maintaining hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Excellent communication skills to assist and train end-users effectively.
