Job Description

  • Lead and implement regional ethics & compliance programmes aligned with global standards
  • Advise business leaders on regulatory risks and mitigation strategies
  • Design and drive targeted compliance training and communication initiatives
  • Oversee investigations into potential breaches of policy, law, or governance standards
  • Manage case handling processes, ensuring timely and confidential resolution
  • Conduct compliance reviews and site assessments across regional markets
  • Strengthen third-party compliance frameworks and stakeholder engagement

The Successful Applicant

A successful legal professional should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related discipline
  • Over 8 years of experience in compliance, legal, audit, or investigations within a multinational environment
  • Proven track record in managing compliance programmes and leading investigations
  • Strong knowledge of anti-corruption, antitrust, and regulatory frameworks
  • Deep expertise in international trade compliance (export controls, sanctions, import regulations)
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills within a matrix organisation
  • Sound judgement, analytical thinking, and ability to operate in complex environments
