This is a front-office role for an experienced Relationship Manager to own client acquisition, be an effective hunter, manage portfolio growth, and long-term engagement across a sophisticated digital wealth platform. You will work closely with investment and advisory leaders to deliver personalised, outcomes-driven solutions for affluent and high-net-worth clients.

Job Description

  • Acquire and onboard Accredited Investor clients through own networks, referrals, events, and targeted outreach
  • Own a client portfolio, driving AUM growth, recurring revenue, and wallet share
  • Deliver structured portfolio reviews, market updates, and proactive investment ideas
  • Translate house views and market themes into actionable, client-aligned solutions
  • Act as the primary client contact, ensuring a consistently high service experience
  • Collaborate closely with CIO, advisory, operations, and client service teams
  • Uphold strong governance, suitability standards, and regulatory discipline



The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Relationship Manager or Client Advisor within wealth management, private banking, priority banking, or EAM environments
  • Proven track record in client acquisition, AUM growth, and revenue generation
  • Good existing network of clients a plus
  • Strong understanding of capital markets and investment products
  • Ability to run a disciplined client engagement and portfolio review process
  • Comfortable operating in a digital-first, CRM-driven advisory environment
  • High standards of professionalism, integrity, and client-centric thinking
