Job Description

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Support the set-up of Salesforce CRM, including system setup, utilisation, and continuous improvement.
  • Analyse campaign performance and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content for various digital platforms.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide regular reports on marketing and CRM performance to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
