Job Description

  • Partner with the Group CEO and Chairman to drive execution of Group strategy
  • Oversee operational performance across subsidiaries, markets, and business lines
  • Build and embed performance management, KPI frameworks, and reporting cadence
  • Align leadership teams and improve decision clarity across a multi-entity structure
  • Support capital allocation, investments, and growth initiatives
  • Strengthen governance, internal controls, and operating discipline in a listed context
  • Act as a force multiplier in a lean setup, stepping in where needed to get things done

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of senior leadership experience in complex, multi-entity organisations
  • Proven track record of translating strategy into measurable execution results
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including capital allocation and performance management
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in lean, evolving, and ambiguous environments
  • Experience working closely with Boards, senior shareholders, and external stakeholders
  • Background in digital entertainment, technology, media, gaming, or IP-driven businesses
