Key responsibilities include:Lead the enhancement and implementation of global compliance policies, procedures, and controlsAct as a subject matter expert for sanctions, anti-bribery, conflicts of interest, and ethics-related mattersMonitor global regulatory developments and assess operational impact across international marketsOversee sanctions due diligence activities, screening processes, and escalation reviewsPartner with commercial, operations, finance, and other business functions to embed compliance controlsSupport investigations into compliance incidents and drive remediation initiativesDesign and deliver compliance training programmes to increase awareness and strengthen risk cultureThe Successful ApplicantDegree in Law, Business, Information Technology or a related disciplineMinimum 5 years of compliance experience within a multinational environmentStrong knowledge of sanctions compliance, anti-bribery & corruption, and broader regulatory frameworksExperience developing and implementing compliance policies and governance programmesProven ability to conduct risk assessments and drive programme improvementsExposure to investigations, due diligence reviews, and compliance monitoring activitiesAbility to engage and influence stakeholders across multiple business functions and geographiesProfessional sanctions-related certification would be highly advantageousWhat's on OfferThis opportunity offers exposure to a highly international business environment where compliance is viewed as a strategic function.
