Job Description

Work closely with external stakeholders to ensure regulatory obligations are met.Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you will be responsible for supporting and strengthening global compliance programmes, with a particular emphasis on sanctions compliance and anti-bribery & corruption initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the enhancement and implementation of global compliance policies, procedures, and controls
  • Act as a subject matter expert for sanctions, anti-bribery, conflicts of interest, and ethics-related matters
  • Monitor global regulatory developments and assess operational impact across international markets
  • Oversee sanctions due diligence activities, screening processes, and escalation reviews
  • Partner with commercial, operations, finance, and other business functions to embed compliance controls
  • Support investigations into compliance incidents and drive remediation initiatives
  • Design and deliver compliance training programmes to increase awareness and strengthen risk culture

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Law, Business, Information Technology or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of compliance experience within a multinational environment
  • Strong knowledge of sanctions compliance, anti-bribery & corruption, and broader regulatory frameworks
  • Experience developing and implementing compliance policies and governance programmes
  • Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and drive programme improvements
  • Exposure to investigations, due diligence reviews, and compliance monitoring activities
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across multiple business functions and geographies
  • Professional sanctions-related certification would be highly advantageous
