You will lead end-to-end commercial strategy execution, manage key customer relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth while ensuring strong governance and operational discipline.Key responsibilities include:Developing and executing integrated sales and marketing strategies to deliver annual revenue, turnover, and performance targetsDriving business development by identifying new growth opportunities, expanding product penetration, and managing key local and overseas accountsOwning commercial operations including sales forecasting, performance reporting, inventory oversight, and trade governanceThe Successful ApplicantTo succeed in this role, you should have:At least 12 years of relevant experience within sales and marketing, ideally in the FMCG food and beverage industryStrong familiarity with distribution models, channel management, and cross-border tradeDemonstrated ability to grow key accounts and drive sustainable business performanceWell-developed commercial acumen, with strengths in negotiation and stakeholder engagementA data-driven approach to decision-making, including market analysis and performance evaluationProven leadership capabilities, with experience managing and developing teamsWhat's on OfferThis role offers the opportunity to take on a senior leadership position within a stable and reputable multinational organisation.
