Job Description

1. Strategy & General Operations· Translate business strategies into actionable operational plans, track progress and ensure target delivery.

· Design, implement and optimize operating frameworks and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for trading support, clearing, settlement and risk control functions, with a focus on operational efficiency, scalability and digital transformation.

· Coordinate cross-department collaboration and resolve operational bottlenecks.

· Maintain business relationships with clearing houses (including SGX-DC, CME clearing), exchanges, custodian banks and other key partners.2. MAS CMSL Holder/NFA Registered FCM/CME Clearing Operation Management· Oversee full-process clearing operations for CME listed derivatives, including trade processing, margin management, settlement, and delivery; comply with applicable exchange rules and clearing requirements..

· Strictly enforce SG and US fund segregation rules, monitor margin sufficiency, and meet net capital and liquidity requirements.

· Develop and execute default response plans to mitigate operational and financial risks in stressed scenarios.3. Compliance & Risk Control· Ensure all operations fully comply with CFTC, NFA, MAS regulations and CME membership rules.

· Coordinate regulatory inspections, internal audits and corrective actions.

· Build and improve risk management framework covering operational, market, credit and liquidity risks; prepare risk reports and implement mitigation measures.

· Strengthen internal controls, permission management and record keeping.4. Technology & Data Governance· Oversee front/middle/back office systems implementation, upgrade and operation; ensure system and network stability, security and capacity to support peak business volumes.

· Develop, implement and maintain practical business continuity plans (BCP) for operational processes, and conduct regular testing to ensure effectiveness and operational resilience.

· Optimize system integration and data interface with CME Clearing platform, as well as platforms from SG, US, and other global exchanges.

· Ensure data submitted to regulators such as CFTC, NFA, MAS and CME is accurate, complete and timely.5. Team & Business Support· Lead and develop professional teams, define responsibilities and performance objectives, and arrange targeted training.

· Optimize client service processes and improve service quality and experience.

· Provide operational solutions and risk assessment for new business and product launches; control costs and improve efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

· Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics or a related discipline is required.

· Minimum 10 years of experience in financial services operations, preferably in futures, derivatives or brokerage business.

· Must possess solid knowledge of exchange and clearing rules, including those of SGX and CME, with practical experience in clearing and post-trade operations.

· Strong understanding of the MAS regulatory framework for CMS licence holders, with familiarity with U.S. regulatory requirements (including CFTC and NFA) highly preferred.

· Experience in establishing and implementing operational frameworks for new entities is a strong advantage.

· Strong leadership capabilities and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a multi-jurisdictional and regulated environment.
