Our client is a leading telecommunications and digital services provider in Singapore, known for delivering innovative connectivity and ICT solutions. As the business continues to scale and transform, they are looking for a Business Performance Manager to provide critical insights that connect growth, operational execution, and financial outcomes.

Job Description

  • Track sales performance including pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue outcomes
  • Monitor operational KPIs such as utilization, backlog, SLA adherence, and project profitability
  • Integrate financial metrics (revenue, GM, EBITDA) with sales and operational data
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide root-cause insights to stakeholders
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to align forecasts with performance
  • Track workforce metrics including headcount, attrition, and productivity
  • Identify gaps between capacity and business demand and recommend improvements
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • Develop dashboards and scorecards for performance tracking across functions
  • Establish governance cadence and ensure accountability for KPI outcomes

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field
  • At least 4 years' experience in business performance, FP&A, or sales/strategy operations
  • Strong exposure to commercial, operational, financial, and HR data
  • Proficient in BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience with systems such as CRM, SAP, or Workday
  • Strong analytical, financial modelling, and data visualization skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and key leadership
  • Knowledge of telecommunications, ICT, or frameworks like ITIL/Six Sigma is an advantageous
