Job Description

  • Develop and execute business development initiatives within the digital assets ecosystem
  • Source new investment and partnership opportunities across the region
  • Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, intermediaries, and ecosystem participants
  • Support the structuring, marketing, issuance, and distribution of digital asset investment opportunities
  • Coordinate with senior stakeholders to drive strategic growth and market expansion initiatives
  • Monitor post-issuance activities, investor engagement, and secondary market developments
  • Ensure activities are conducted in alignment with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience within financial services, capital markets, asset management, wealth management, or alternative investments
  • Strong understanding of digital assets, blockchain technology, tokenisation, or related investment products
  • Experience in fundraising, investor relations, capital raising, or investment distribution activities would be highly advantageous
  • Demonstrated track record in developing business partnerships and managing senior stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to work effectively across regional markets and cross-functional teams
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Possession of relevant CMFAS certifications RES1A/RES1B, RES4, and CM-EIP/CM-SIP is an advantage
