Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping the organisation's marketing strategy.Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the planning and execution of brand campaigns, product launches and seasonal initiatives across retail and digital channels
  • Drive the development of compelling brand narratives, visual storytelling and creative concepts that elevate brand desirability
  • Oversee content planning, production and deployment, ensuring consistent messaging across online and offline.
  • Manage A&P budgets, media planning and performance tracking to optimise campaign reach and return on investment
  • Collaborate with merchandising, retail operations, e‑commerce and branding teams to deliver cohesive 360° brand experiences

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate should bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in brand, integrated or retail marketing, ideally within fashion, FMCG, luxury or lifestyle sectors
  • Proven leadership experience managing a team directly
  • Strong capability in content direction, campaign development and multi‑channel marketing execution
  • Skilled in managing agencies, production partners and cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience tracking marketing performance and consumer engagement
  • Creative eye for brand aesthetics, luxury‑grade storytelling and visual finesse
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
