Job Description

  • Support execution of M&A and capital markets transactions across the region
  • Prepare high-quality pitch materials, client presentations, and analysis
  • Build and maintain financial models including valuation and scenario analysis
  • Conduct industry and market research to support deal origination
  • Manage due diligence processes and coordinate transaction workstreams
  • Engage with clients on capital strategy and financing considerations



The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or capital markets
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation skillset
  • Solid academic background in finance, accounting, or related disciplines
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced deal environment
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
