With a strong emphasis on governance, confidentiality and long‑term value creation, the organisation operates through multiple corporate and investment structures and works closely with external advisors and service providers.

Job Description

  • Lead month‑end and year‑end close processes for multiple entities, working closely with outsourced providers
  • Review financial statements, management accounts, reconciliations and supporting schedules
  • Prepare and present management reporting, including performance analysis, cash flow, budgets and KPIs
  • Act as the main finance liaison for external auditors, tax advisors, banks and corporate secretaries
  • Oversee tax compliance matters (e.g. corporate tax, GST) and regulatory filings across entities
  • Support investment accounting activities including valuations, reconciliations, capital calls and distributions
  • Manage treasury and banking operations, liquidity monitoring and payment controls
  • Strengthen financial controls, documentation standards and finance policies
  • Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, system improvements and special projects

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
