About Our Client

Our client is a leading global manufacturing organisation with a strong presence across international markets.

Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to regional commercial leadership, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate regional meetings, preparing agendas, managing logistics and recording key discussion points and action items.
  • Oversee daily office administration activities, including facilities coordination, vendor management and office supplies procurement.
  • Consolidate and process travel and entertainment expenses for regional stakeholders while ensuring timely approval workflows.
  • Support teams with maintaining the system, customer opportunity updates and administrative reporting activities.
  • Assist in planning and executing regional marketing initiatives, customer events and exhibitions.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities in partnership with internal departments and external vendors.
  • Be involved in ad-hoc admin matters.

The Successful Applicant

  • Has 5 years of experience in executive support, office administration or coordination roles within a multinational environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating travel arrangements, meeting logistics and expense administration.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Concur and other systems.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong in hands-on office operations experience.
