Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic partnership initiatives aligned with retail banking objectives
  • Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships across lifestyle, health, and digital platforms
  • Own end-to-end partnership lifecycle from strategy to implementation and optimisation
  • Build strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, technology, and risk teams
  • Monitor partnership performance, driving KPIs, revenue growth, and ROI improvements
  • Ensure governance, compliance, and regulatory standards are met across all partnerships

The Successful Applicant

  • Atleast 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or related roles
  • Understanding of retail banking products and financial services landscape
  • Track record in B2B relationship management
