This is a leadership opportunity to head critical payment operations within a global banking environment, overseeing high-volume transactions processes and driving end-to-end service excellence. Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end payment operations including transaction processing and controls
  • Ensure consistent delivery of service levels, turnaround times, and client outcomes
  • Drive transformation initiatives and operational change across global processes
  • Partner with stakeholders to enhance service performance and delivery standards
  • Oversee outsourced partners, ensuring strong governance and performance outcomes
  • Improve productivity and quality through process optimisation and data-led insights
  • Strengthen risk management, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance frameworks

The Successful Applicant

A successful VP - Global Payment Operations should have:

  • Proven leadership in banking operations or processing environments
  • Strong expertise in service delivery, operational performance, and cost efficiency
  • Solid understanding of risk, controls, compliance, and audit in financial services
  • Experience managing global stakeholders and influencing across functions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and build high-performing teams
  • Track record in driving transformation, process improvement, or change initiatives
  • Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to operate in complex environments
