Job Description

  • Deliver monthly management reporting with clear commentary on financial performance
  • Analyse key business drivers across revenue, cost, and profitability metrics
  • Partner with finance and business teams to identify risks and opportunities
  • Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with strategy
  • Conduct variance analysis to highlight trends and performance gaps
  • Build financial models to support forward-looking decision-making
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and data quality initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful VP Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) should have:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline; professional qualifications advantageous
  • 5-8 years' experience in FP&A, management reporting or performance analytics
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, cost allocation, and performance metrics
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to challenge assumptions constructively
  • Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with Excel modelling and BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
  • Exposure to systems such as TM1/Cognos; SQL, Python or Alteryx knowledge is a plus
