With a significant international presence across key financial centres and a workforce of over 1,000 professionals, the firm manages substantial assets across macro, fixed income, foreign exchange, equities and other investment strategies.Known for its strong risk management culture, sophisticated infrastructure and investment excellence, the organisation offers employees the opportunity to work alongside some of the industry's most accomplished investment and operations professionals in a highly collaborative environment.Job DescriptionMonitor daily trading activity and ensure accurate trade capture across multiple financial products and marketsManage trade lifecycle events and maintain the timely processing of all post-trade activitiesMaintain instrument, client, fund and trader static data to support operational efficiency and straight-through processingInvestigate, reconcile and resolve trade and position discrepancies with internal and external stakeholdersPartner closely with Portfolio Managers and Execution Traders to support risk and P&L integrityContribute to new business initiatives, product launches and trading platform enhancementsIdentify opportunities to improve controls, automate processes and strengthen operational risk management frameworksThe Successful ApplicantDegree qualification in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or another numerate disciplineMinimum 3+ years of experience within Trade Support, Trade Assistant, Middle Office or Investment Operations environmentsStrong understanding of financial markets, market structure and trade lifecycle processesExperience supporting traded products across one or more asset classes including Fixed Income, FX, Equities, Credit, Rates or Listed DerivativesStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to issue resolutionAdvanced Excel skills; experience with SQL, VBA, Python or other automation tools would be advantageousAbility to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced, front-office focused environmentStrong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to accuracy and controlWhat's on OfferThis opportunity provides direct exposure to Portfolio Managers, Traders and senior investment professionals within a globally recognised investment management platform.
