Job Description

  • Oversee the identification, assessment, and management of third-party risks in accordance with company policies.
  • Develop and implement robust third-party risk management frameworks and monitoring processes.
  • Ensure timely completion of risk assessments at onboarding, renewals, and key lifecycle events.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of third-party relationships to mitigate potential risks.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to improve third-party risk management practices.
  • Prepare and present detailed risk assessment reports to key stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for third-party risk-related queries and escalations.
  • Support the Risk & Compliance department in achieving organisational objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Third-Party Risk Manager should have:

  • A solid background in risk management within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of third-party risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to assess and mitigate risks effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to deliver clear reports and recommendations.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing complex risk-related tasks.
